After doing extensive research and from experience as a guitarist, I made a list of easy guitar songs a beginner can learn.

The article is divided into songs in sections within a group of chords, as well as songs for practicing specific techniques.

Easy Chords to Start With: The G, C, and D

Sometimes less is more when it comes to creating memorable tunes. The first group of chords we are going to learn are the G major, C major, and D major. 

This chord group makes a lot of popular songs you’ve already heard, and it’s very easy to learn and play.

Here we’ve compiled the list of songs with this chord group:

1. “Ring of Fire” by Johnny Cash

The “Man in Black” has gifted us with this iconic song that’s a great start for any beginner guitarist. It

is made from the chord progression of G-C-D. The melody is catchy, so overall, it’s just a great pick to start with.
